Imagine: Your telephone rings and you see the name of the caller and all contact info and notes on your screen — you answer the call with a mouse click — you enter some call notes, later also visible for others in your team — and, at end of conversation, a call journal entry is created.
Imagine: You simply click on a phone number in an email, on a web page or a data form (with the middle mouse key) — a small popup-dial-menu displays the number again — and, with a second mouse click, you can dial it.
Imagine: Your telephone rings — a control-sequence transfers the caller or record ID to another (non-TAPI) application and starts application-specific caller ID processing.

The xtelsio CTI Client is offered in three versions which distinguish with regard to the function scope: - Light (free)
- Standard
- Professional

During the evaluation time of 30 days you can test the full function scope of the Professional-version. If you acquire a license key later for the Standard-version, only the functions of the Standard-version will be activated. |
